Refunds and Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your order! Refunds or replacements will be issued for items that have printing errors or arrive damaged if notified within 30 days. Each product is made on-demand. When you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. For these reasons, refunds can not be issued on orders that have already been produced.
For any concerns with your order, please e-mail us with the order number and two different photos of the damaged product and we will work to replace or refund the item. If your package has not been delivered by the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact us so that we can try to resolve shipping issues. Otherwise, no returns or exchanges are accepted at this time. All sales are final.
If you haven't received your order after it says it was delivered:
Please recheck the shipping address you entered at checkout. Is it correct? If yes, 99% of the time, your package will arrive 7-14 business days after being shipped. If you haven't received it after it says it was delivered, please check with your local shipping carrier, others living in your home, and your neighbors. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier:

Refunds are not issued for orders marked delivered.
Additionally, refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays or for orders marked "undeliverable", "no access", "absent", "refused", or "delivery attempt was unsuccessful" by the shipping carrier.
