Free US shipping utilizes Standard US shipping. Express and Expedited shipping are not currently available, but will be soon!
Each product is made on-demand. When you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. Please allow 2-5 business days for fulfillment. Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. You can expect your package to arrive within 7-14 business days.
Sometimes packages are not scanned by the shipping carriers along the way so it can appear to be lost until it shows up at your door. If your package is marked as undeliverable by your local shipping carrier, please contact them directly. Please note that Healthcare Hoes only has access to the same tracking information that you do. Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays or for orders marked "undeliverable", "no access", "absent", "refused", or "delivery attempt was unsuccessful" by the shipping carrier.
If you haven't received your order after it says it was delivered:
Please recheck the shipping address you entered at checkout. Is it correct? If yes, 99% of the time, your package will arrive 7-14 business days after being shipped. If you haven't received it after it says it was delivered, please check with your local shipping carrier, others living in your home, and your neighbors. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier:

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs and taxes will vary based on location, size, and weight of your purchase. These are set by our shipping distributor and we do not control the pricing. Import duties, taxes (GST), and charges may not be included in the item price or shipping cost.
